This is the Tow Truck That You Need After Calling for Help

A limited-edition Sprinter tow truck has been launched by a Polish coachbuilder.

The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter marked its 25th birthday last year. As a replacement for the aging TN bus, the original bus was launched in 1995. Kegger, a Polish coachbuilder, decided to gift the Sprinter a late birthday present in the form a special edition towtruck.

The gallery below shows a limited edition Mercedes-AMG model that Kegger created. It is not an official Mercedes AMG product. The special truck will only be made in 25 copies.
The Sprinter Petronas Edition is named and features F1-inspired livery. It is built on the strongest Sprinter in Europe. The 319 CDI is powered by a 3.0-liter turbo diesel V6 engine with 190 horsepower (142 Kilowatts) & 324 pound-feet (344 Newton-meters of torque), which are channeled to rear wheels via a seven speed automatic. This tow truck is the only one with an air suspension.

It has several visual revisions. The front bumper features larger air intakes and a modified spoiler. The visual enhancements include a blackened radiator grille, 18-inch alloy wheels in black with a thin contrasting blue stripe.

The cabin is a welcoming place for tow trucks. The dashboard, seat, and door panels are covered in Alcantara leather. In combination with an upgraded audio system, additional sound insulation should make the workplace a pleasant place to work.

Sprinter Petronas Edition is a tow truck. It has a flatbed at its back. Accessible via two retractable ramps. The bed also features a few large cargo and tool boxes.

Kegger is asking for EUR125,000 to purchase the tuned tow truck. This would translate to approximately $147,300 at current exchange rates.
