You will find a very capable off-roader in your backyard.
Traxxas has a new and amazing toy. Texas-based radio control manufacturer Traxxas has just revealed its interpretation of the new Ford Bronco. The video below shows how it works. We expect a Traxxas product to be amazing every time it comes out, but this new one is beyond our expectations.
The scale model is, as you can see, a exact copy of the original model. It has even been approved by Ford. This model is built on Traxxas TRX4 offroad platform, which also supports a Land Rover Defender model. The 1/10 Bronco has remote-locking front, rear and high/low range transmissions for “unmatched driving flexibility.”
But that’s not all. The body is powered by a 5000mAh iD lithium battery pack that provides enough juice to last for two hours. The chassis integrates the entire drivetrain and battery to provide a 52-degree approach angle, and a 49 degree departure angle for off-roading.
The best thing about the new Bronco is the wide variety of accessories that are available. The remote-controlled winch is probably the most impressive. It’s more than a cosmetic upgrade for your RC Bronco. The winch is as real-looking as it looks. It features a heavy-duty hook and a high torque motor that can tow up to 10 pounds (4.5 kg) of weight.
Traxxas offers a Bronco body that can be used to protect your off-roader from damage. The $144.99 price includes all exterior features, including grille, side mirrors and door handles. The full Bronco model RC will cost you at least $549.95
