There are reports that Subaru will launch a BRZ Turbo. We also hear that Toyota might follow suit, though in an aftermarket version.

Car & Driver reports that Toyota Racing Development (TRD), is looking at adding a supercharger for their GT 86 / Scion FR–S. This makes sense, considering Subaru has gone turbocharged. The similarities between the models mean that BRZ owners would be able to install the supercharger without much effort.
