WEY Cyber Tank 300 Is Equal Parts G-Wagen And Bronco

However, it has not been confirmed as a production model.

The name WEY is not well-known in the United States but the Chinese automaker is making great strides with the Tank 300 model. The brand will unveil a futuristic Cyber variant at 2021 Shanghai Autoshow, a close cousin to the Ford Bronco.

Although the Cyber Tank 300 looks a lot like its Tank counterpart, they are very different. The Cyber Tank 300 is similar to the Bronco and can blitz through any trail it encounters, while the former seems to prefer the paved asphalt.

It is immediately obvious that the Cyber Tank’s futuristic design has many similarities to the Mercedes G-Wagen. The vehicle’s body is boxy, with a wide front fascia and beefy wheel arches. The Cyber model retains the same headlights as its Off-road counterpart, but it has a lightbar at front that connects both headlamps to a straight line. It also features a pair of y-shaped folights.

The Cyber Tank 300 will most likely feature the same turbocharged 2.0-liter four cylinder engine as the standard model. It will also have an eight-speed auto transmission. Its interior features a stark-white leather and digital dashboard. Although we don’t know if the Chinese automaker looked through the Mercedes Benz parts bin for any clues, many interior components look very similar.

The price of the Cyber Tank 300 is unknown as it has not yet been confirmed to be a production model. The standard Tank 300 model costs Y=175,800 (or 26,959 at current exchange rate). You can leave your comments below, regardless of whether or not this idea becomes a reality.
