What Aftermarket HRE wheels look best on the Porsche 911 GT3?

These forged rims are adorned with nostalgic styling.

The lightweight wheels of the new 992-generation Porsche 911 GT3 are black with narrow outlines and Y-spokes. They measure 20 inches at each end and 21 at the rear. If you are looking for the latest homologation model 911 or aftermarket wheels, there may be something that suits your needs.

HRE Performance Wheels, a California-based firm, has unveiled its Vintage, Classic and 540 Series rims with the new Forged Monoblok Rims (FMR). You can also view the latest HRE Performance Wheels products attached to the 911 GT3 by clicking the renderings below.

The gallery below should show you the nostalgic-inducing wheel designs. They are reminiscent of the ’70s and ’80s while still offering modern sizing to fit today’s sports cars. HRE is available in sizes from 20 to 22 inches. It offers the structural benefits of forging and machined construction but has the aesthetics of two-piece wheels.

HRE promises to minimize unsprung mass, rotational inertia and unsprung mass, resulting in optimal acceleration, handling and braking performance.

Alan Peltier, President and CEO of HRE, stated that “with the addition of FMR in the Vintage, Classic and 540 Seriess, we can raise the performance of these heritage designs up to the modern-day standards HRE is known to be known for.”

Every HRE rim comes with a unique fitment and color option. They can also be ordered in center lock designs and are compatible with TMPS and other lug hardware for easy installation.

These HRE wheels perfectly fit the 911 GT3. We’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.
