You might not be able to buy a new Nissan 370Z.

You will have to wait until next year if you are desperate to get a Z.

The Nissan 370Z has not been a big seller. Only 28 coupes were sold in the US during the first three months of 2021. This is a 95 percent decrease from the same period in 2020. We aren’t sure if this was due to the new Z car.

You might conclude that shopping for a new shirt would be like shopping to get a deal on a discontinued sports coupe.

However, this is not the case. According to CarsDirect‘s current inventory data, all Nissan dealers in America have sold out the 370Z.

Nissan announced at the beginning of the year that the current-generation 370Z would be available for sale until the next Z car arrives. This latest development means that those who don’t like the Z35 model should look at used car listings rather than Nissan showrooms. CarsDirect reached to Nissan to get comments on the 370Z’s demise. However, Nissan confirmed that sales of the 2020 model will continue into 2021.

The next Nissan sports coupe will arrive in 2022. It is expected to debut by the end this year. Z car enthusiasts are feeling the excitement, particularly with all of the details that were revealed as early as last month.

According to the most recent insider leak it will be simply called the Z. It will produce up to 400 horsepower using its VR30DDTT engine, which is derived from Infiniti Q60 Red Sport. The power will be sent to the rear wheels by a six-speed manual transmission, and the nine-speed Mercedes-Benz-9G-Tronic automatic transmission.

The Z car will be available in showrooms at a base price of $34,995.
